Dallas Aurora is a biennial public art event of light, video and sound and has quickly become the premiere cultural experience in North Texas. In 2015, the event organizers expanded into the Dallas Arts District to produce their most ambitious year yet. An expansion of that scale required operations and logistics assistance to pull off 80 art installations in one night over 20 city blocks and with 60,000 attendees.
The Agency coordinated with all district stakeholders and provided event management support. Operational departments oversaw by Lot Thirty Two included production, food and beverage, security, parking, VIP experiences, street closures, and vendor coordination.
